To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Payment is required at the time of order unless you have an approved business account with invoice payment terms. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Our 30-day return policy applies to unopened products in original packaging. See our Returns page for complete details.
Our products are intended for food packaging use only. Follow all product specifications and guidelines. We are not liable for improper use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
